Similar to WORLDSONG, JDVision is another online contest that I produce, wherein everyone creates their own Just Dance ‘mashup’ routine to represent their country.

The most recent brand identity is inspired by 2024’s winning mashup, the ‘pixel heart’ motif taken directly from the background. Paired with the official 2025 motto, "Share Your World", the brand of JDVision 2025 was inspired by the community it continues to encourage creativity from.
Letting every country shine

The branding is modular, and accommodates for the unique style and culture represented by each country’s flag.

The Pixel Heart animates gracefully with shimmering squares that invoke a waving effect and maintain brand consistency. The shooting stars radiate from the heart, as if each team is projecting its creative flair directly to the viewer.
Fluid, stunning, and communicative production graphics

The most important part of running a competition like this is making sure the live audience knows how to vote, and what's going on in the rankings. In Apple Motion, I designed and animated an extensive suite of templates and production graphics to communicate vital information for things like voting, juries, and nerve-wracking split screens for the last remaining teams.

The scoreboard is completely dynamic, reading the jury and public scores from their own respective CSV files, and was created in Javascript and HTML with the help of Claude Code.
